Founder of Style x Grace Collective | Wellness Guide | System Builder | Educator
I am a mother, a wife, a current school leader, and a loss mama. After the passing of my daughter Grace, I created Style x Grace in her honor. What began as my own healing practice has grown into The Style x Grace Collective, a space for reset, reflection, and community.
My work is rooted in nervous system care, spiritual growth, and soft structure. I support people navigating life’s hardest transitions: grief, identity shifts, career changes, burnout, or the everyday overwhelm of parenting and ambition. Through a blend of movement, journaling, and intentional systems, I help others create rhythms that reflect who they are now, not who they used to be or who the world expects them to be.
Since 2016, I’ve been leading and facilitating groups with a background in education and leadership, holding a Master’s in Educational Leadership and advanced training in wellness coaching. I’m currently pursuing certifications in both yoga and Pilates to expand the tools I can offer.
Personal Note:
I know what it means to hold a lot. I’ve moved through deep grief while raising a family and leading teams, often choosing to show up with softness, boundaries, and intention. That lived experience shapes everything I offer through The Style x Grace Collective a space that honors what’s heavy while still making room for hope.
What I Believe:
You don’t have to earn rest
Systems can hold you, not just push you
Healing expands capacity
You are already enough
Movement, mindfulness, and reflection can bring you back home to yourself
