Do you struggle finding time to relax? During a busy work week, we all seem to find time to be productive, but we neglect the time it takes to relax & recharge. As a result, we created a tea blend to help us address this issue. This tea contains nerve supporting herbs that will help you relax. It is the perfect tea to drink when you are getting ready to settle down for an unwinding evening or meditation.

Pour boiled water over 1 to 2 teaspoons of the loose-leaf tea blend for one perfect cup of Herbal Relaxation Tea. Generally, herbal teas take a little longer to steep than black or green tea.  The longer steep time allows you to obtain the most benefits from the mixture. The longer the steep time, the stronger the tea.  We recommend taste testing to find out what steep times work best for your tastebuds.  Our loose-leaf tea blend includes chamomile flower, lemon balm, skullcap, rose bud, passionflower, oat straw and ginger.
