Intentional Journal

Your journal is meant to guide you through your ideal morning or nighttime routine. We have benefited tremendously from intentional journaling. Try to focus on journaling, as it can lead to productivity and manifestation. Productivity doesn’t have to mean a lot of tasks, but whatever feels good to you that day. Completing a journal entry only takes 10 to 15 minutes a day, so challenge yourself to keep it as a self-care routine.  A part of intentional journaling is coming up with intentions. They can be short term or long term. Selfish or unselfish. Write down your intentions it can help keep you focused and meet your goals. We hope this journal serves as a roadmap to cleanse your energy. Use this journal as a positive self-care tool to manifest your future and express gratitude for the present moment.
