Mindfulness Coaching Program: 1-on-1 Coaching

* Consultation is required before beginning coaching sessions *

The 1 on 1 coaching sessions will be around 1 hour and happen bi weekly for 3 months so that you have time to process, shift thinking patterns and become more self aware. After each session, I will give you tools & practices to better connect to your authentic self and purpose in life. This can be anything from journal prompts, guided meditation, filling out deep questions, creating & saying affirmations, breath work to taking a walk outside.

During the program you will receive weekly check-ins during the 90 day journey, some emotions like fear, anxiety and doubt can come up. That’s why I like to check-in with weekly outside of our coaching calls. I’ll send you a motivational text or an inspiring quote/passage. They serve as a reminder of your new path and reassures you that you have everything you need to to vibrate higher.
