Mindfulness Coaching Program: 1-on-1 Coaching

* Consultation is required before beginning coaching sessions *

The one-on-one coaching sessions will last around an hour and will take place every two weeks for three months to give you time to reflect, shift thinking habits, and become more self-aware. After each session, I'll provide you skills and practices to help you connect with your authentic self and life's purpose. This can include anything from writing prompts in a journal, guided meditation, answering deep questions, generating and speaking affirmations, and breathing exercises.

During the 90-day journey, you will receive weekly check-ins, and you may experience feelings such as worry, anxiety, and doubt. Outside of our coaching calls, I prefer to check in with you once a week. I'll send you a motivational text or a thought-provoking quote. They serve as a constant reminder of your new path, as well as reassurance that you have everything you need to stand in your power
